buddhist reading retreats

More than just a Buddhist book club

Our reading retreats bring those curious about Buddhism together to read and discuss the same book. The reading retreat is an opportunity to have a proper break from routine to read, relax, focus and reflect. Pema Düddul, the retreat leader, chooses the books and gives supporting talks or presentations each day of the retreat. He also provides exercises and reflections the attendees can do during their personal time. The registration fee for the reading retreats includes the chosen book, lifetime access to recordings of the retreat talks and audio for guided exercises. We offer both online and residential retreats. For residential or face-to-face retreats the registration fee includes accommodation and/or meals. Although attendees aren't in the same location for the online or digital retreats, they need to make a commitment to spend the time reflectively, not engaging with all the hullabaloo of daily life.

Online Retreat: Friday 5th to Sunday 7th June 2020
